Standard Delivery Times

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include a Delivery Note that will provide tracking details of your order. Changes to your order’s delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide Authority To Leave during checkout. Authority To Leave is optional. Orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery
If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
If there is an issue fulfilling your order, you will be contacted via email or phone. If we are unable to reach you to resolve your order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email admin@proaudiotv.com.au or call 02-9476 1272 so that we may assist you. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST).
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By selecting the box “Authority to Leave” you hereby authorise us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery (“ATL delivery”). If you select to receive your parcel via ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by the delivery driver (engaged indirectly by Professional Audio & Television) will be obtained, in order to satisfy proof of delivery. Professional Audio & Television disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, Professional Audio & Television will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery. By selecting ATL delivery, you acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at your shipping address if they deem the property safe to do so.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the items elsewhere.
If the item fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to offer you a replacement or refund. This is subject to proof of purchase accompanying the returned item(s).
Return freight is at the customers expense, and all freight charges are non-refundable.
Consumer Guarantees
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be limited by us. If the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in value of the product (if you choose to keep it).
If you have purchased an item with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased an item with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Our customer service team are unable to review any used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed below.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Email Professional Audio & Television at admin@proaudiotv.com.au to obtain your Returns Reference Number (RRN).
In your email, please provide your invoice number and personal details (name, phone and address).
You will be provided with an RRN to be included with your return.
Complete the Return Slip included with your items. Ensure all accessories are included and packaged safely and include your completed Return Slip in your parcel.

Cancellations and Order Amendments
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
Change of delivery address
Adding or removing items
Full order cancellations
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our Delivery or Returns & Exchange pages for further information.
In order to contract with Professional Audio & Television you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Professional Audio & Television retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. You may not cancel or amend your order (including the delivery address or removing items) after your order has been placed. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
(b) Pricing & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Our website accepts payments using PayPal.

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
